Any market. You decide what matters; the machine does the rest. ## Tell it who you sell to Setup reads your website and drafts the rest, in six steps: your website, who you are, what you sell, who buys it, what we say, and connect. Long steps run in the background; you can leave and come back. ## Every company, found and scored Discovery works for any market. Any industry: data providers such as Apollo and People Data Labs cover companies and people in every market, and a list you already have works too. Where a free public register exists for your market — US healthcare practices today — it is used first, at no cost. Every company is scored against your ideal customer and arrives in the review grouped for one decision per group. ## Only verified addresses are written to Approved companies are enriched, their people found, and every address verified. A message that cannot go is held, with the reason: address not verified; no sending room today; waiting for the sending window; paced; contacted too recently; an earlier step has not gone; someone else at the company is mid-sequence; no unsubscribe line; address bounced; on the opt-out register; out of credits. ## Written for one person, approved by you Each message is drafted for one person. Before the first approval you see the whole sequence; you can edit the words or ask for a rewrite. Approving starts the sequence; follow-ups are written shortly before each one goes. ## From your own mailbox, at your pace Microsoft 365 or Gmail. At connect it checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC and tells you plainly if the domain is not ready for cold email. You choose a pace: Careful (10 a day rising to 30), Standard (15 rising to 50) or Fast (25 rising to 100). ## It picks up the phone Calls at a pace you set, in business hours in their time zone, from a script written for the person. Objections are detected as they happen and matched to a playbook; every call is transcribed and scored; the outcome lands on the contact beside the emails. Through your Twilio account. ## Your inbound, in an hour Leads arrive through the capture API or a hosted form, are qualified, become contacts, and have a first reply written within minutes; with one switch it is sent within the hour. A human reply raises a notification, a Queue item and an email. Every morning, one summary email. ## Coming soon - **Upload your own list.** (Coming soon) Bring a spreadsheet of companies or people; every row becomes a candidate on the review, scored against your ideal customer like everything else, with its origin on the row. - **Find anyone, in any market.** (Coming soon) A search across the data provider from inside setup: describe who you sell to and it finds them, with addresses revealed for a data credit each. Free public registers stay free where they exist. - **LinkedIn, in the same sequence.** (Coming soon) Connection requests and messages as steps beside email, written for the same person, under the same approval and the same pace. LinkedIn also as a source: titles, moves and companies filled in from profiles. - **It books the meeting.** (Coming soon) Connect your calendar and the agent offers times, books the slot and puts it on both calendars. Today it asks what times suit them and hands you the thread. - **Alerts wherever you are.** (Coming soon) Reply alerts and the morning summary through your own sender or a dedicated one. ## Questions ### What channels does it use? Email and calling today. Email goes from your own connected mailbox, Microsoft 365 or Gmail, never through a shared sending service. Calls go through your Twilio account, at a pace you set, from a script written for the person. LinkedIn is coming in the next release, in the same sequences, with the same approval. ### Does it send anything without me? Not unless you switch it on. The first message of any outbound sequence waits for your approval; follow-ups go on their own. First replies to website leads can go without approval, with a switch you control, and every one is traced. ### How does it stay on brand? It reads your website and your product pages, drafts your positioning and your offer, and you correct them. Every message is written from that, for one person, and you can edit or ask for a rewrite before it goes. ### Where do the people come from? Any industry: data providers such as Apollo and People Data Labs cover companies and people in every market, and a list you already have works too. Email addresses always come from a data provider and cost data credits. ### Does it work with my CRM? Yes. The CRM connection is configurable for your setup. You can also upload a do-not-contact list so it never writes to your customers, and every conversation lives on the contact and account inside the product. ### What happens when the trial ends? Your workspace goes read-only. Nothing is deleted; nothing is written or sent.
