They know your name, so a short, personal note gets read. **What works, with or without a tool:** - **Start from an offer, not a template.** "A 14-day pilot for teams who tried us and stopped" gives you something real to say. - **Keep the list small and steady.** A few people a day, each email about them, beats one big blast. - **Leave out the wrong people.** Paying customers, anyone mid-conversation, anyone who said no. - **Stop when they answer.** A reply or a booking ends the sequence for that person. - **Send from a real mailbox, with an unsubscribe link and your address.** It's the law and it's good manners. **How AO does it:** create a broadcast from an offer and pick the audience by stage or by how people came in. You see the count, a preview and who's left out and why.
