What happens when someone books
- A lead is created or updated with what they told your booking form
- The deal moves to Meeting, with "Calendly" as the reason
- Follow-ups to that person stop, so nobody gets chased after booking
- Cancellations and reschedules update the same record
Why it matters
A booking is the strongest signal a lead can give. In most CRMs it sits in a calendar while the deal sits untouched. In AO the pipeline moves when the meeting is booked.
What you need
A paid Calendly plan that supports webhooks, and AO Starter or above. AO reads bookings; it never changes your Calendly settings.
