Pricing questions
Why credits for data and not for messages?
Because writing a message costs us almost nothing and data costs us real money. You should never think twice about drafting; you should think once about spending on a company that may not fit.
What if I run out?
Verification and enrichment stop, held items say “out of credits”, and everything else keeps working. Top up, or wait for the month to reset.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from Settings, in place.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace goes read-only: nothing is deleted, nothing is written or sent, and choosing a plan restores it in place.
