A CRM for service-based businesses: one record from enquiry to paid

A service business runs on a few steps that repeat: someone enquires, books a call, gets a quote, pays, and hopefully comes back. Each step lives in a different tool, so no one can see the whole customer.

What works, with or without a tool:

  • Answer enquiries the same day. Speed matters more than polish.
  • Follow up every quote and every no-show. Most are timing, not a no.
  • Know who paid and who's at risk, so you thank the first and check in with the second.
  • Invite past customers back when there's a real reason.

How AO does it: website forms, Calendly bookings and email replies land in one Inbox; connect Stripe and payments land on the same customer record. AO drafts replies and follow-ups in your voice for you to approve, sent from your own mailbox. Revenue › Customers shows who's paying, who's at risk and why, with each customer's journey from first visit to latest payment.

Questions

Which tools does it connect to?

Outlook on every plan; Gmail, Calendly and Stripe on paid plans.

Do I need Stripe?

No. Without it, AO still handles enquiries, replies and follow-ups. With it, payments show on each customer.

Does it reply without me?

The first message to each person waits for your approval. On an offer that books appointments, the default is different: Strong fits book on their own, within your hours. You approve the rest. You can change it any time (Ask me first, or Book everyone).
