AO books the appointment

Every enquiry gets a time on your calendar in minutes, even at 9pm.

Someone writes in. AO reads what they need and when they are free, holds three open times from your Google Calendar and replies, written for that person, not a template. They tap a time and it is booked, with a confirmation and a reminder the day before.

Strong fits book on their own, within your hours. You approve the rest. You can change it any time (Ask me first, or Book everyone).

14-day free trial. No card. Booking is on Starter and Growth.

Tap a time and it is booked. Held for 24 hours. Example

How AO books the appointment

Nothing new to learn. It is the way you already work, with a booking at the end.

  1. Offer
  2. Broadcast
  3. Enquiry
  4. Your OK (optional)
  5. Booked
  1. OfferTurn booking on for an offer.

A free consult, a trial lesson or an estimate visit. Set what people can book, how long each takes, the gap between, and the hours you take bookings.

  2. BroadcastEnquiries come in the way they do now.

From your website form, your inbox, or the broadcasts you send for that offer. Every first reply can end in a booking.

  3. EnquiryAO reads it and holds three times.

It picks the right appointment type and three open times that match when they said they are free ("Saturday morning", "after 5"), in their time zone. The times are held on your calendar for 24 hours, so no one else is offered them.

  4. Your OK (optional)Strong fits book on their own. You approve the rest.

Strong fits only is the default, for each offer and each broadcast. You can change it any time (Ask me first, or Book everyone). Approving takes one tap from your phone, and it sends from your own mailbox, as you.

  5. BookedThey tap a time. Done.

No account, no back-and-forth. It goes on your Google Calendar, they get a confirmation and a reminder the day before, the other two times are released, and their other follow-ups stop.

You decide how hands-on to be

Set a default, then change it for any offer or broadcast.

  • Ask me first

Each reply waits in your Queue with the held times. One tap sends it. When someone picks a time by email, it waits for you, still held, with what happens next.

  • Strong fits onlyDefault

Strong fits book on their own, within your hours. The rest wait for your OK.

  • Book everyone

AO replies and books within your hours and appointment types. You see every booking in Appointments.

Reschedules, cancellations and no-shows

People change plans. They reply to the email, like they would to you.

  • "Can we do Friday instead?" They get new Friday times, and the event moves when they pick one.
  • "I need to cancel." The event is cancelled, the time is freed and AO asks if they would like another.
  • "How about Thursday at 4?" A time AO did not offer is never booked on a guess. They get open times like it.
  • Didn't come? Mark it in Appointments with one tap. Performance › Bookings shows enquiries, booked, showed up and won, so you can see if it is working.

Built not to double-book

Every time is offered once and checked twice.

  • One time, once. A held or booked time can never overlap another, so two enquiries are never offered the same slot.
  • Checked again before booking. If a time went busy in the meantime, it is released, never double-booked.
  • Busy times only. AO reads when you are busy, never what your events are, and writes only the events it books.
  • Your brand, no account. The booking page shows your business name only. Opening the link books nothing, so an email scanner can't book by accident.

Works the same for

Personal replies, the right appointment, booked while they are still interested.

  • Contractors

A quote request becomes an estimate visit on your calendar, even when you are on a roof all day.

    Booking for contractors →
  • Consultants and advisors

An enquiry becomes an intro call or a free consult, with the fit checked against your best clients first.

    Booking for consultants →
  • Tutoring

A parent asking about maths help before exams gets three evening times for a trial lesson that week.

Questions

Which calendar does it use?

Google Calendar. Connect it in Settings › Booking by signing in; there is nothing to paste. Calendly stays available as a booking link.

Can it send without me?

For strong fits, yes: "Strong fits only" is the default. Strong fits book on their own, within your hours. You approve the rest. You can change it any time (Ask me first, or Book everyone). You can set it for each offer or broadcast.

What if none of the times work?

They reply, and AO offers new times that match what they asked for. The booking page also shows every open time.

Can it double-book me?

No. Held and booked times can never overlap, and your calendar is checked again right before a time is booked.

Do my customers need an account?

No. They tap a time in the email, or on a page with your business name, and it is booked.

How do reminders work?

They get a confirmation when they book and a reminder email the day before. Reminders are email, not text messages.

Which plans include booking?

Starter and Growth, at no extra charge.

Does it take payments or deposits?

No. It books the appointment. Payments stay in your own tools.

Is it free to try?

Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day trial of Starter, no card.
