A CRM for recruiters: win the client enquiry before the next agency does
In recruitment the first agency to answer a hiring manager usually gets the brief. Enquiries arrive by form, by email and by booked call, often while you're interviewing, and the slow reply loses the role.
What works, with or without a tool:
- Answer new client enquiries the same hour. Ask the two questions that decide the brief: the role and the timeline.
- Know which clients are worth chasing. Write down your best clients (sector, size, roles you fill) and check each enquiry against it.
- Follow up placed clients. The best time to ask about the next role is a few weeks after the last placement started.
- Keep one record per company, so a colleague can pick up the conversation.
How AO does it: client enquiries from your website forms, Calendly and replies land in one Inbox. AO matches each to a real company, scores it against your Ideal Customer Profile with the reasons, and drafts a reply in your voice for you to approve. It sends from your own Gmail or Outlook. Deals move as clients reply and book, and broadcasts let you check in with past clients, one personal email each.
AO is a CRM for winning and keeping clients. It isn't an applicant tracking system: keep candidates in your ATS.

Questions
Does AO track candidates?
No. AO is for your client side: enquiries, deals and follow-ups. Keep candidates in your applicant tracking system.
Which inboxes does it work with?
Gmail and Outlook. The Free plan includes Outlook; Gmail is on paid plans.
Does it reply without me?
The first message to each person waits for your approval. On an offer that books appointments, the default is different: Strong fits book on their own, within your hours. You approve the rest. You can change it any time (Ask me first, or Book everyone).
